About Stéphane


Stéphane is currently the Mayor of the Township of Alfred and Plantagenet and the 2021 Warden of the United Counties of Prescott and Russell (UCPR), serving on multiple boards and committees. In his capacity as Mayor, Stéphane oversaw projects such as the construction of the new Prescott and Russell Residence and economic development initiatives support local businesses and farmers. Prior to his career in municipal politics, Stéphane started his own business in 1990 and was the President of Hydro 2000 Inc., overseeing electricity distribution in the village of Alfred and Plantagenet.
