Stéphane is currently the Candidate for the PC Party of Ontario for Glengarry Prescott-Russell. Before being elected as a Member of Provincial Parliament from June 2022 to January 2025, Stéphane served as Mayor of the Township of Alfred and Plantagenet and as Warden of the United Counties of Prescott and Russell (UCPR) in 2021, where he served on numerous boards and committees. Prior to his career in municipal politics, Stéphane started his own business in 1990 and was President of Hydro 2000 Inc., where he oversaw the distribution of electricity in the Village of Alfred and Plantagenet.
